R.J. Fisher & Associates was founded in 1987 by Robert J. Fisher with a straightforward idea: give clients the same thoughtful attention whether the project is a single lot or a hundred-acre development. More than three decades later, that principle still guides everything we do.
From our office on Bridge Street in New Cumberland, we’ve helped shape communities across Central Pennsylvania: designing residential neighborhoods, commercial sites, and institutional projects that people use and live in every day. Today, the firm is led by Matt Fisher, P.E., P.L.S., who brings both a fresh perspective and deep respect for the foundation his father built.
